Multi-Channel Inventory Manager ("we", "our", or "us") operates the channelsyncmaster.com website and service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our inventory management platform.

  • Marketplace Data: When you connect your selling accounts, we access product listings, inventory levels, pricing, and order information from eBay, Shopify, and Amazon through their official APIs.
  • API Credentials: We securely store the OAuth tokens and API keys needed to communicate with your connected marketplace accounts.
  • Usage Data: We collect logs of system activities such as inventory syncs, price changes, and product matching operations for auditing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To synchronize inventory and pricing across your connected marketplace channels.
  • To display your product listings, orders, and notifications within the dashboard.
  • To match products across channels using AI-powered comparison.
  • To send you alerts about listing changes, stock updates, and sync activities.
  • To maintain audit logs of all system operations for your review.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services to provide our functionality:

  • eBay: We use eBay's REST and Trading APIs to access your listings, inventory, orders, and account information. Data is accessed in accordance with eBay's API License Agreement.
  • Shopify: We use Shopify's Admin REST API to access your product catalog, inventory, and order information.
  • Amazon: We use Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) to access your product listings and inventory data.
  • OpenAI: We use OpenAI's API to power our AI product matching feature. Product titles, SKUs, and descriptions may be sent to OpenAI for comparison purposes. No personally identifiable customer information is shared.
  • Replit: We use Replit's authentication service for user sign-in.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. API credentials and tokens are stored securely and are never exposed in plain text through the user interface. All communication with marketplace APIs and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections.

6. Data Retention

We retain your marketplace data and audit logs for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a marketplace channel, the associated API tokens are removed. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data and account.
  • Disconnect any marketplace channel at any time, which revokes our access to that channel's data.

8. Changes to This Policy
