What features does ChannelSync Master include?
No vague promises. These are the actual tools inside ChannelSync Master, built from real problems we had selling across multiple channels.
Cross-channel listing creation uses the eBay Taxonomy API for eBay categorization and the Shopify Admin API for Shopify pushes — first-party APIs with no scraping or middleware.
What does the multi-channel inventory dashboard look like?
This is the main screen you'll use every day. Every row is a product, with its Amazon, Shopify, and eBay listings shown side by side. You can see prices, stock levels, and sync status at a glance. Search by SKU, filter by channel, and spot discrepancies instantly.

Inventory & Price Sync
Pick your master channel - say Shopify for pricing and eBay for stock levels - and we'll keep the other platforms in line. Every 15 minutes, we check for changes and push updates. If someone buys the last unit on Amazon, Shopify and eBay quantities drop before another customer can order.
AI Product Matching
Your eBay listing says 'Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Gen MQD83AM/A' and Shopify says 'AirPods Pro 2 - USB-C.' Same product, totally different names. Our AI reads titles, checks product photos, and pulls out model numbers to figure out they're the same thing. You see the confidence score and accept or reject.
Manual Product Linking
Sometimes you just know two products are the same - maybe it's a bundle or a kit that the AI won't catch. Click the link icon on any product row, search across your other channels, and connect them yourself. No AI needed, no waiting. You can also unlink products anytime if things change.
Push Listings Between Channels
Got a product selling well on eBay but haven't listed it on Shopify yet? Push it over in one click - we carry the images, descriptions, and pricing. Going the other way? We use eBay's Taxonomy API to suggest the right category and pull in the required item specifics so your listing is complete.
Unified Order Feed
Every order from every channel lands in one feed. eBay sales come through Platform Notifications, Shopify orders arrive via webhooks, and we pull them all together so you can see today's sales without switching tabs. Filter by channel, search by customer name, and track fulfillment status.
Change Alerts
If a listing gets removed, a price changes on a channel you didn't update, or sync detects a drift between platforms - you'll know about it. We don't just sync silently. You get notifications for every meaningful change so nothing slips through the cracks.
How do orders from every channel show up in one feed?
No more opening three seller dashboards to see what sold today. eBay, Shopify, and Amazon orders all show up here with the channel color-coded so you can tell at a glance where the sale came from.

“Multi-channel sellers don't need another enterprise platform that takes three months to onboard. They need stock and prices to stay in sync between sales — automatically — so they stop overselling and stop reconciling spreadsheets at midnight.”
What features do multi-channel sellers ask about most?
What features does ChannelSync Master include?
Seven core features: 15-minute inventory and price sync, AI product matching, manual product linking, cross-channel listing push, a unified order feed across Amazon/Shopify/eBay, real-time change alerts, and per-product master-channel rules for inventory and pricing.
How does AI product matching find matches across mismatched SKUs?
The engine reads titles, brand names, model numbers, UPC/EAN/MPN codes, and product photos, then scores each candidate match. A score above 90% is a strong match; below 70% is shown for review only. You always make the final call.
Can I match products manually without using AI?
Yes. Click the link icon on any product row, search the other channels by SKU, UPC, or product name, and connect them yourself. No AI involvement needed. You can also unlink products at any time if a relationship changes.
What does cross-channel listing push do?
Push a single product from one channel to another in one click. Images, descriptions, and pricing carry over. eBay listings are auto-categorized using eBay's Taxonomy API and pre-filled with the required item specifics. Shopify pushes use the Admin API to create the product and inventory item together.
Does the order feed include Amazon FBA and merchant-fulfilled orders?
Yes. The unified order feed pulls from Amazon SP-API (FBA and FBM both), Shopify webhook-delivered orders, and eBay Platform Notifications. Filter by channel, search by buyer name, and see fulfillment status in one view.
What kinds of alerts will I get?
ChannelSync Master alerts you when a listing gets removed by a channel, when a price drifts on a channel you didn't update, when a sync attempt fails repeatedly, and when stock between channels appears mismatched. Each alert links to the underlying product so you can act on it.
Can different products use different master channels?
Yes — master channel is set per product, not per account. You might let Shopify control pricing on most SKUs but use Amazon's pricing as the master for FBA-only items. Same for inventory.
